Submissions for this form are closed.

The Disability Standard measures how well an organisation performs on disability. It was developed by EFD in 2004 with the help of leading EFD members and disabled associates. The Disability Standard remains the only employer-led benchmark enabling organisations to compare their performance on every aspect of disability and develop action plans for improvement based on rigorous measurement.

Who should fill this in:

  1. Disability Standard 2009 participants: by filling this in we will be able to formally capture your thoughts to develop the assessment to meet your organisation's future needs.
  2. Previous Disability Standard participants and EFD members: we want to know why you did not participate in the 2009 assessment and are looking for your opinions on what improvements we can make for the future.
  3. Anyone interested in the Disability Standard: (EFD members, non-members etc.)

Why should I fill this in? To give your opinion on the Disability Standard and its future.

How long will it take: 15-20 mins (depending on what you want to tell us).

The survey has been divided into three sections:

  • The future.
  • Questions for Disability Standard 2009 participants only.
  • Your details. (You can remain anonymous or give us your personal details).

We will share the results with you approximately eight weeks after the closing date, 19 February 2010. Once the results have been reviewed, we will let you know what action we intend to take.

Thank you very much for giving us your feedback and taking the time to fill this in. Your views matter.
