Steve Scott is a practised policy specialist, experiencedin advising Government departments on the Welfare to Work and employment agendas. Steve has recently worked on a number of key policy areas including Access to Work and the recently launched Workchoice programme.
Steve is an excellent speaker & facilitator, with several years experience delivering a wide range of short courses on diversity, learning, leadership development and graduate recruitment.
Steve's captivating style enables him to quickly engage the audience, and has a skill in addressing tough issues with key stakeholders to manage change in a non-threatening manner, focussing on the outcomes to improve performance.
Steve has worked extensively with other disabled individuals, including as Chair and latterly Trustee for a Disability Sports organisation, which has proudly produced several medal winning paralympians and boasts more is yet to come in 2012.
Steve is a keen sportsman himself, having competed on the international stage, though now sticks to cycling - nonetheless recent outings have included trips from Lands End to John O'Groats and a weekend cycle ride to Paris.
