Dr Alice Maynard

Dr Alice Maynard was initially employed in the IT industry for ten years and subsequently in the transport industry for six years, where she was responsible for disability strategy and policy in Network Rail (Railtrack), laid the foundations for the HR disability strategy for London Underground and developed the strategic framework for social inclusion for Transport for London.
Alice has a first degree from York University, an MBA from Ashridge and an Executive Doctorate (DBA) from Cranfield University. Her doctoral research focused on the economic benefits of access for disabled people to transport. She is a member of the Human Genetics Commission, an Associate of the Employers' Forum on Disability, and Advisory Group member of Milton Keynes Common Purpose and a Trustee of Scope.
