Disability Standard Benchmark Summary 2007
Sponsored by Motability
Employers' Forum on Disability (EFD) developed the Disability Standard to establish a common understanding in the private and public sector of what constitutes best practice on disability. It is the only business-led benchmark that measures an organisation's performance on every aspect of disability as it affects a business.
In total, 116 organisations, who between them employ circa 2 million people have completed the Disability Standard 2007 benchmark. 80 organisations benchmarked in 2005 and 41 have benchmarked on both occasions. The Disability Standard survey breaks down into three areas: Motivate, Act and Impact, this report summarises the benchmark results.
