EFD signs up to Mindful Employer
17th July 2008
EFD is one of the latest organisations to sign the Mindful Employer Charter. Mindful Employer is a voluntary agreement which works to support employers with a positive approach to mental health in the workplace.
By signing the charter we are demonstrating our own commitment to recruiting and supporting people with mental ill health and avoiding harmful levels of stress in our work place. We will use the charter to help us review our policies and practices around mental health. We will also create a supportive environment for talking about mental health and sharing best practice.
