UBS go for gold with Employers' Forum on Disability

Global financial services firm UBS have become the latest organisation to join Employers' Forum on Disability (EFD) as gold members.

UBS join 44 elite organisations demonstrating their commitment to getting it right on disability, by becoming core funders of the employers' organisation.

EFD now has over 400 members, from the private and public sector.

"UBS is delighted to have become a gold member of the EFD", commented Richard Thwaite, UBS Diversity Advisor for Disability in the UK.

"We look forward to working closely with the forum to achieve our disability strategy and further create an inclusive environment, where we can attract and retain employees and clients with disabilities."

Susan Scott-Parker, chief executive of EFD said: "We are pleased to welcome UBS
as gold members of Employers' Forum on Disability.

"UBS have shown, by joining EFD's gold group that they take disability equality seriously at the highest level.
