EFD urges members to fill in CEHR online survey

22nd August 2006

Employers' Forum on Disability is urging its members to fill in an online survey about the forthcoming Commission for Equality and Human Rights (CEHR).

The CEHR is set to come into being in October 2007 and in the meantime Forum members are being asked to fill in the employers' questionnaire, by following this link:

http://www.surveybox.co.uk/survey/runsurvey.rhtm?r=303733&start=yes&surveyID=131978

Filling in the survey should only take around five minutes.

The CEHR will bring together the work of the three existing Commissions, the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE), Disability Rights Commission (DRC) and Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC).

The CEHR will take on all of the powers of the existing commissions and new powers to enforce legislation more effectively and promote equality.
