Case studies: best practice
For many of us, the most powerful way to learn is by reading about how others have gone about implementing best practice on disability. From how to recruit and retain disabled people, to meeting the needs of disabled customers, the case studies shown here are real examples directly from our members. All of the case studies were correct at the time of publication, but in this fast moving world where eveything changes so quickly, we ask that before reproducing a case study, you first contact us to check: media@efd.org.uk
