BBC Extend Disability Scheme - UK Wide
26th March 2010

Exclusively for disabled people, Extend is an award-winning, BBC-wide work placement scheme which offers appropriately experienced and/or qualified people a great opportunity to gain six months' paid work experience within the BBC.
Although the scheme doesn't necessarily lead to a full-time job, last year more than half its intake gained further work at the BBC.
From September 2010, over 20 placements will be available across the UK, in both programming areas and programme support areas. You'll need to match the criteria for the placements as well as demonstrate a keen interest in broadcasting and knowledge of BBC output.
