About our events

EFD's training and events team runs a comprehensive programme of practical and solutions based training and events designed to help you raise awareness of the business, legal and ethical cases for addressing disability, to engage colleagues and to ensure that your processes and procedures are barrier free.

Our training and events aren't just based on delegate feedback, but on the work we do at EFD, listening to and anticipating our members' needs as businesses and employers.

Whether you want to ensure your line managers are disability confident, or get up-to-date with the latest disability legislation, EFD has an event for you. We also offer tailored in-house training for your organisation.

Our events are either free to EFD members, or available to attend at a discounted rate. Paying events are open to non-member organisations and individuals.

Most of our events are hosted by EFD members, throughout the UK, however we will consider applications to host from non-member companies. Discover how hosting one of our events can benefit your organisation.
