Networking and learning: Nottingham City Forum
22nd June 2012, 1:00pm - 4:00pm, Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service, Nottingham
Why attend?
If you are new to EFD, or perhaps haven't had contact with us for a while, this event will aim to introduce you to the work of EFD. It will include an introduction on our products, such as the Disability Standard, and services, e.g., the Disability Directions helpline.
In addition to meeting with our disability consultants there will be a chance to network with representatives from some of EFD's 330 members.
We would like to encourage you to actively participate in developing the content for this event, as we are keen for it to focus on those issues that are of greatest importance to you and your work. In addition there will be the opportunity to find out more about other member benefits, such as our expertise on accessible technology or recruitment of disabled staff.
If there is something you would like to talk about (either in a group discussion or with a disability consultant) please do tell us, we're keen to ensure this event works for everyone.
Who should attend?
Representatives of EFD members, particularly those located in the East and Midlands. We are able to tailor the event content to suit individuals in all types of roles.
