At a time when we increasingly hear the term ‘diversity and inclusion' this telephone tutorial will explore the ways in which disability differs from the other diversity strands covered by the Equality Act and why this matters to you and your organisation.

Our expert speakers will be joined by EFD members talking about what they are doing to continually improve their services to disabled employees and customers, why this area of work is so important to them and how this fits with their wider diversity agenda.

Speakers include:

Rick Williams, Managing Director, Freeney Williams and EFD Associate

Kerry Smith, Senior Disability Consultant, EFD
