The Disability Standard is an online management tool designed to help you measure where your business is on disability, where you need to be and how to get there.

Originally developed in 2004 by leading EFD members and disabled associates, the Disability Standard has been redeveloped to incorporate participant and stakeholder feedback, research into the global business environment and our learning over the years.

The Disability Standard is now a member benefit and is available exclusively to EFD members from September 2011.

Our presenters include members who took part in the July 2011 Disability Standard pilot. The session will help you to understand how your organisation can make the most of what the Disability Standard now offers addressing questions such as:
