Full day masterclass: Dyslexia

This is a past event

11th May 2011, 10:00am - 4:00pm, London

Dyslexia affects one in ten people in the UK and is a combination of abilities and difficulties that affect the learning process in reading, writing and spelling. However, with the right support and reasonable adjustments, dyslexia need not pose a barrier to success in employment.

This event goes beyond our introductory courses and will take a more in-depth look at dyslexia, how it affects people and how you can prevent it from holding back your employees.

Led by industry experts, and with inspirational case studies, this event will give you the chance to work through the issues you experience in your organisation and learn how top UK companies are successfully supporting their employees with dyslexia to reach their full potential.

This interactive day will make it easier for you to support employees with dyslexia - both in recruitment and when in work, exploring reasonable adjustments in the workplace and making your internal processes barrier-free.
