Networking and learning: Staff Surveys
8th December 2010, 10:00am - 12:00pm, London
What types of questions can you ask your staff?
Do staff surveys actually work?
How can the results form staff surveys be usedto promote change within your organisation?
Network and Learn events are interactive sessions that are a forum for the sharing of ideas and solutions to particular problems. Chaired b your associates, they enable delegates to network within a small group. They are an opportunity for members and non-members to learn more about EFD, meet the team and find out how we can help with your work.
At these events we want you to bring your own queries and questions and share them with other delegates. Our experience shows that where you might be trying to tackle something for the first time in your organisation, other members will have already overcome the problem, or EFD will be able to help.
Why attend?

What do organisations want to achieve by using staff surveys.

-
The latest developments arising around the law, including the recently passed Equality Act, from a leading UK lawyer.
