23rd September 2010, 10:00am - 12:00pm, hosted by Accenture, central London
Do you have colleagues who have dyslexia, and areunsure what to do?
Would you like practical advice on how best to manage dyslexiain the workplace?
Would you like to hear from an EFD member about theirexperience of doing this?
Networking and Learning events are interactivesessions that are a forum for the sharing of ideas and solutions to particularproblems. Chaired by our disabled associates, they enable delegates to networkwithin a small group. They are an opportunity for members and non-members tolearn more about EFD, meet the EFD team and find out how we can help you becomedisability confident.
This event will include:
- How to adopt a best practice approach when managing dyslexia in the workplace.
- The practicalities, processes and policies of successfully managing staff who have dyslexia.
- A member case study sharing their own experience of managing dyslexia in the workplace.
At these events we want you to bring your ownquestions and share them with other delegates. Our experience shows that whereyou might be trying to tackle something for the first time in yourorganisation, other members or EFD will have already found a solution.
