  • The help and support needed by line managers in order to get the best from their teams,
  • The purpose of probation periods, reviews and appraisals,
  • What is reasonable when assessing targets, quality and quantity of work expected, attendance and behaviour in the workplace, and
  • Grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • How to measure and improve performance and the role of reasonable adjustments,
