Judged by disabilityexperts and presented at a high profile ceremony following the Building Disability Confidence event, Employers' Forum on Disability will recognise excellence through six awards:

- Disability Standard Most Improved Award 2009.
- Disability Standard Public Sector Employer Award 2009.
- Disability Standard Private Sector Employer Award 2009.
- Disability Standard Innovation Award 2009.
- Disability Champion Award 2009.
