Roundtable: Update on Disability

These Roundtables will:

• Update you in the latest developments arising around the legal issues, including any case law, from a leading UK lawyer.

• Enable you to discuss new initiatives within the disability sector.

• Help you to take advantage of the products and services that EFD membership offers you.

• Allow you to network with other members and have your queries answered in a relaxed environment.

  This month we are joined by Louise Innes, Employment Manager, City and Hackney Mind.

• City and Hackney Mind is a Local Mind Association and the leading independent mental health organization in Hackney and the City. With over 20 years experience of helping adults with mental health needs to gain and return employment, they have taken on a new initiative to work directly with City employers and are providing free training to line managers on how to manage mental health at work.
  
  The training focuses on practical skills, tools and knowledge to provide managers with the confidence to provide effective support and intervention to staff members with mental health needs.
