Telephone Tutorial: Managing sickness absence

Access valuable training from the convenience of your desk and minimise disruption to your working day by taking part in an EFD telephone tutorial.
We will make sure that you have all the correct materials beforehand; all you need is access to a telephone. You will be given the opportunity to ask questions prior to and during the presentation. Alternative arrangements can be made for delegates with specific requirements.
The tutorial will cover the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and case law relating to attendance management, recording and managing sickness absence (including disability related short-term and long-term absences) and making reasonable adjustments relating to sickness absence.
