Under the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA), you must ensure that you do not discriminate against adisabled job applicant, employee, customer or service user.

Bela Gor, our leading expert on DDA case law, has designed these events to clearly explain yourorganisation's rights and responsibilities, and to update you on the latest tribunal decisions andamendments to the legislation.

We work with small groups of delegates to make it easier for you to discuss the issues relevant to yourorganisation and to apply your learning to exercises based on actual DDA cases.

Why attend?

To understand the goods, facilities and services provisions of the DDA, including how to make reasonable adjustments for your customers, clients and service users, less favourable treatment and justification.
