Gold members are our partners. Core funders of EFD, they are vital to sustain our reputation as an organisation which inspires and challenges, while helping employers and service providers forge productive relationships with disabled and non-disabled stakeholders in the UK and globally.

• A tailored relationship: as your organisation's needs are unique, gold membership gives you access to a dedicated relationship manager to advise on getting the best from our services. We will help you make the business case on disability and present to your Board and Senior team.
• Disability Standard: as a gold member you have free access to our unique management tool, enabling your organisation to benchmark its performance on disability. The Disability Standard was originally developed and piloted by our gold members.
• Gold networking receptions: we hold two receptions a year, which provide an opportunity for you to network with business executives, disabled business leaders, opinion formers and government.
• Gold research groups: specialists from our gold members meet across a range of disability related subjects to discuss legal and best practice developments.
• Government relations: as a gold member your organisation can play a vital role in helping us influence government policy and develop creative initiatives for the mutual benefit of business and disabled people.
