Senior business leaders have joined forces in a unique taskforce launched by Employers' Forum on Disability. The Business Taskforce on Accessible Technology is calling for technology to deliver its promise of making it easier to employ, and do business with, disabled people.

Many people associate disability with visible, physical conditions and impairments. Yet many disabilities are not immediately apparent. For example, 10 million people are covered by the Disability Discrimination Act, but fewer than 5,000 blind and partially sighted people own guide dogs. It can be difficult for employers to know what non-visible disabilities are.
EFD's members are part of a unique network of organisations that share best practice on disability.
We work with our members to help them make the business case for disability and become more disability confident with practical and expert advice.
